Ingredients 

2 onions 

1 bunch parsley

1 bunch mint

750g minced lamb

50g toasted pine nuts

1.5 teaspoons cinnamon 

1.5 teaspoons allspice

1.5 teaspoons nutmeg 

1.5 teaspoons salt
Method

Grate onions and squeeze out liquid with sieve. 

Add all other ingredients. 

Chill for as long as possible. 

Fry.
