Ingredients 

Potatoes 

1 onion, chopped

1 chilli

1 tin of tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon sugar 

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon smoked paprika 

Method

Chop the potatoes into small cubes. 

Heat olive oil on a baking tray in 200 degree oven. 

Remove and add the potatoes. 

Cook for 45 mins. 

Fry onions in olive oil. 

Add chilli, tomatoes, sugar, salt and paprika. 

Simmer then add to cooked potatoes.
