Ingredients 

750g spinach, pre-cooked

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 onion

1 inch ginger

1.5 tablespoons chopped garlic 

1-2 green chillis

2 teaspoons ground coriander 

250g paneer, pre-fried

1 teaspoon Garam masala

4 tablespoons double cream

1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method

Fry cumin, onion, ginger, garlic, chillis. 

Add ground coriander, cooked spinach.

Add paneer, garam masala, cream, lemon juice.
