175g plain flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried yeast

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil

100ml warm water


Put the flour, salt, sugar and yeast into a large bowl. 

Make a well and pour in olive oil. 

Add 100ml warm water. 

Mix for a while, then knead for 3-4 mins. 

Leave in a clean bowl covered with cling film for 1-1.5 hours. 
For pizza, bake for 12 minutes at 220 degrees.
