Recipe from a French pizza base box!
1 pizza base
200 ml crème fraiche
100 g lardons
1/4 of reblochon
3 cooked potatoes
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Soften onion in the olive oil, then add lardons.
Spread the crème fraiche over the pizza base.
Cut the potatoes and cheese into small cubes and spread over base. Add the onion and lardon mix.
Break the egg onto the middle of the pizza.
Cook for 15 minutes.
