4 nectarines, halved and stoned
½ x 10g pack fresh bay leaves, each torn in half
2 Figs, quartered
4 tbsp clear honey
100 g Blueberries
Heat the oven to 220°C, gas mark 7. Arrange the fruit over the base of a shallow ovenproof dish in a single layer. Tuck the torn bay leaves between the fruit. Drizzle over the honey.
Roast for 20–25 minutes until the fruit is tender. Serve with vanilla ice cream or thick natural yogurt. This dish is also delicious served cold
