Adapted from a Waitrose recipe card. 


1 clove garlic

2 pork loin steaks 

75g radishes, trimmed

75g sugar snap peas 

1 head chicory

10g coriander, chopped

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 lemon, zest and juice

2 teaspoons clear honey

Rub garlic all over pork and cook it. 

Make salad from finely slices radishes, cut strips of sugar snap peas, shredded chicory and chopped coriander. 

For the dressing, mix the sesame oil, lemon zest and juice, honey and seasoning. 

Serve pork sliced over the salad with dressing.
