I’m trying this next week. Still not sure what kind of pastry one is supposed to use…


1 can pumpkin purée 

1 can condensed milk

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 

1/2 teaspoon salt

Unbaked pie crust

Whisk mix together. Our into crust

Bake for 15 mins at 425F and 35-40 at 350F. 

Leave to cool
