I’m trying this next week. I decided to use this sweet shortcrust pastry. 


1 can pumpkin purée

1 can condensed milk

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

Unbaked pie crust

Whisk mix together. Pour into crust

Bake for 15 mins at 220C and 35-40 at 180C.

Leave to cool
